Through Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Easy → We have never used the program ourselves, but it is by far the easiest with best availability, however seemingly expensive (many points required)
Through Partners - Hard → Easiest partner from “Top Programs” is Avianca Lifemiles. Limited options but good value when you find them. → We have seen decent availability on specific routes between US/Canada and Europe on Aeroplan. → PRO TIP: use “seats.aero → Explore: United Mileage” to scan, then search for the same results on Lifemiles to book. → United Mileage - Good Availability but expensive → Aeroplan you might get lucky but availability here is very limited (US to Istanbul is decent?)
